HEY!!! Well in my hometown it is called the Wine Room and you get a card and load it with money and then go around and pick and choose which wine you want to sample! You pay for either 1oz, 3 oz, or 5 oz! It is nice bc you get to try all the different wines, and you just put your card in and it is charged! :) I know there is one in Gainesville called Uncorked I think, but I have never been there!! I love it the whole concept because you can pick and choose :)
